Exchange is only possible if the product is damaged while shipping or wrong product is delivered.
AS A STANDARD COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us. Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.
All items must be shipped back to AGIS in its original dilverd packaging.
AGIS Shakers will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.
All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer
